Lip roll

– One pair of arches £130

Flare a pair (rear) and roll the remaining pair (front)

Extras

– Arch liners, tabs and studs – Remove, trim and refit, or cut off £10 per car
Many cars have front arch liners, some have rear arch liners. On some of these cars it will be necessary to remove and trim the arch liner. Arch tabs – extensions of the lip used to fix the liners will often require removal before rolling. On a few cars studs protrude into the arch and can tear up the tyre once the arch has been rolled. They need to be trimmed back. Maximum charge £10 per car for all tab liner and stud work

– Remove seam sealer from rear arch lips £10 per car
Some cars, eg. BMW E28, E30, E34, E36, E46, E82 and Golf 1/2/3, Polo 4, some Toyotas/Lexus/Nissan/Subarus/Mazdas etc have seam sealer in the rear arch lip from the factory. This needs to be removed before the lip can be rolled or flared. This a messy difficult job.
